Can I return my item for exchange?
It is our practice and store procedure to check all items before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.
All items sold are strictly not refundable, returnable nor exchangeable under any circumstances.
Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
In the event that wrong or defective goods are received:
Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged/wrong/faulty.
1.Please email us at romp@kenwest.com.my within 10 days. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
- You shall provide your order number, your name and address, details of the product and attach therein clear photo(s) showing the product delivered to you together with the packaging;
- you are requesting for a replacement; and
- your justification and explanation for your request.
- Replacement must be informed within 10 days after receiving & return must be made within 10 days after we approve your request for a replacement and we shall not be held liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
- Customers can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with same value or higher.
- Customers need to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
- Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item & we will be paying for the shipping costs for sending a replacement to customers.
Please be noted that:-
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags.
We will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner.
We recommend you to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.
